A launch multiplies. It needs a product worth launching, and then two things the product cannot supply on its own: the passion to dig until the real differentiator is found, and the precision to build the whole strategy around it. Cialis did not overtake Viagra on chemistry. Someone found the thirty-six hours and built the launch around them.
It takes all three. We bring passion and precision to a team that already has its own, and we are judged on the performance.
We care deeply about our clients and about the work we do for them. The therapies we help bring to market change lives, and often save them, but only for the patients they reach. That deserves more than competence. It is also what keeps a team digging when the first answer is not the real one.
A launch generates hundreds of decisions and thousands of tasks. Only a handful decide the outcome. Anyone can hand a team a plan with five hundred line items on it. Our work is to find the few choices that matter, and to help our clients make them with confidence, informed by deep customer and competitor insight.
More than 90 percent of our work comes from repeat clients. Therapies launched with material THRIVE support have generated over $100 billion in revenue to date, and several have become leaders in their categories. We are judged on what happens after the strategy is delivered.
A launch with clean data, an obvious path, and a therapy that sells itself will go well in many hands, including ours. That is not where our passion is.
We are at our best in the situations that do not resolve themselves.
A first launch with no room for error. Survival of the company rides on a successful launch.
Hyper-competitive marketplaces where launch success requires asymmetric customer insight to build differentiation and customer preference.
A global launch where the commercial strategy has to work across many different local markets with often very different context.
An organization that has invested heavily in a launch excellence program and is left holding a tracker of hundreds of activities, but no clear view of what really matters.
These are the calls we like to get.
A senior team on every project is only possible because we stay small and choose our work carefully. Some launches are close to a home run from the start. Most have to be earned, one decision at a time, and those are the ones we are built for.
Since 2012, THRIVE has worked on biopharma launch: hundreds of engagements across therapeutic areas and modalities, from cell and gene therapies to biosimilars, with deep rare disease experience. The focus is the point: depth compounds.
Eliette founded THRIVE in 2012 to build the firm she wanted to hire: senior, specialized, and accountable for what happens after the recommendation. She brings more than twenty-five years of strategic consulting experience, including co-leading Monitor Group’s Life Science practice in Asia. She has worked extensively across Europe, North America, and Asia, in every major therapeutic area and across modalities, from ultra-rare gene therapies to primary care medicines reaching millions of patients.
She personally leads THRIVE’s client engagements and THRIVE’s Launch Success Code™ research program. She designs the firm’s launch simulations, most recently for a global leadership group across fifteen countries. She works with chief executives, commercial leaders, and boards on the decisions that set a launch on its path, and she is at her best when the launch is complicated and the stakes are high.
THRIVE Consulting is WBENC certified, recognized as a woman-owned business by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, and certified as a Small Business, designations many partners recognize in supplier-diversity and procurement programs.
